CANDIDATES:
Our recruitment agency connects families with trustworthy, responsible and experienced au pairs, nannies and companions who provide assistance and support. We focus on safety, clear expectations and strong matches to ensure a positive experience for both families and carers.
Requirements for au pairs, nannies and companions:
- Be at least 19 years old
- Have at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Must have a valid South African driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Must have their own road-worthy vehicle
- Must have passed matric
- Must pass a background check
- Must have contactable references
Our application process:
- Complete the application form and submit your CV
- Interview with our agency
- We contact your references and create your profile
- We send your profile to prospective families
- Should they wish to interview you we will arrange this
- Should the family wish to employ you, you are required to provide a criminal record check (your employment is contingent on this)
- Start working
